I had an AMAZING day at The Cwtch Wedding Workshop in Rosedew Farm, Llantwit Major near Cardiff last month. Organised by the lovely Rachel Lambert and Sian Owen. We spent the morning in the barn / classroom discussing the business side of photographing a wedding. We covered everything from 'what to ask our lovely couples' to presenting them with a lovely album they can treasure for years to come!!

 

After all that talking and information it was time for lunch!! A lovely spread was ready for us to tuck into, made by Rosedew Farm & their catering team. We then headed outside to explore the beautiful surroundings of the barn, and to photograph our gorgeous models, Rhys and Ruemby. They'd had their hair & make up done by Emma Kidby and were all ready to be photographed.

 

We started off close to the barn, at the top of the field where a beautiful flower swing had been set up, decorated with lanterns and pompoms all around, courtesy of Dear Florence and Walnut and Willow Flowers.

 

After the swing we then headed back down to the barn where Goodyhoo Glamping had set up a beautiful clamping tent, fully furnished inside ready for our next set up.

After a few more photos, it was time for an outfit change so we headed inside where we found beautiful vintage table decorations by Bella Rose Wedding Planning, wedding stationary, made & designed by Something Kinda Cute and a lovely cake by Wish upon a cupcake.

Next we then headed a little up the track to a rapeseed field - I think this was my favourite part as we have nothing like this near Aberystwyth.

Another quick outfit change, courtesy of Laura May and Nathan Palmer, before we made out way down to a nearby beach to our last set up! It was a lovely little pebble beach - and the sun almost made an appearance for us!! We even had a quick go at using a smoke bomb which was fun to try something different! Ill be getting some of these for my next wedding!!

Lastly we headed back to the barn for more tea, coffee and delicious cake!
